About: A workshop that includes a lead coach, program orientation facilitator, change leadership design and facilitation, resilience and agility neuroscience design and facilitation, brain and self-regulation design and facilitation, and coaching pods design and facilitation would have a significant impact on staff in an organization. The lead coach would provide direction and guidance for the program, ensuring that the content and activities align with the goals of the organization. The program orientation facilitator would ensure that participants understood the objectives of the program and were prepared for the activities. 

The change leadership part would be set up and run in a way that would give participants the skills they need to lead change well. The neuroscience part on resilience and agility would give people the tools they need to deal with problems and adjust to changes. The brain and self-regulation part would teach people how to deal with stress and improve their ability to concentrate. Lastly, the coaching pods would allow participants to get individual feedback and help, which would help them do better and grow as people. Overall, this workshop would contribute to the personal and professional development of staff, leading to a more resilient and effective work environment

MIT SLOAN - Neuroscience for Leadership in Business

About: As an assessor, I am part of the MIT Neuroscience for Business program, which looks at the importance of how neuroscience affects leadership skills and abilities. We delve into the head, heart, and gut brains and the impact that the entire body has on leadership as a skill. We look at the various applications that require a holistic approach to leadership. 

Executive Coaching (Ongoing)

When we say something is 'transformational,' we mean that it causes a significant shift in or improves the performance of a scenario. Transformational coaching is a method of working with a client that goes beyond the surface of the topic at hand. It has a significant impact on all aspects of 'who you are.' It helps people to have a different relationship with themselves in terms of how they perceive, think, feel, and behave in situations, as well as how they relate with others.

Changes in behavior are necessary if coachees are to maintain the changes recognized in the coaching session; however, we believe long-term, sustainable change comes when an individual approaches a task or situation with a different perspective.

Coaching that works at the level of beliefs is known as transformational coaching.
