Who is Kevin?
Kevin has worked in a variety of industries over the last ten years, including telecommunications, health care, insurance, finance, and banking, gaining experience and skills in leadership, sales, service excellence, and human behaviour intervention.
As a human behaviour specialist, he thrives on understanding what motivates human behaviour and appropriately supporting large organizations in transforming and anchoring their culture, establishing better teams, and developing resilient leaders. Kevin aspires to make an indelible impression on people through getting to know, understanding, and empowering them. He's a flawed man with a loving heart who is a natural introvert. He's a father, a lover, a one-of-a-kind individual, but most importantly, a solutionist. People are at the center of everything he does, and assisting people in becoming their own solutions is crucial.
